Yes, of course. We will deliver and set everything up for you and give you full instructions on how to maintain your hot tub.
How long does it take to set up, fill and heat the hot tub?
This all depends on your water pressure and temperature:
The 4 person hot tub takes approximately 1.5hrs to fill and 8hrs to heat up.
The 6 person hot tub takes approximately 2hrs to fill and 10hrs to heat up.
On average the hot tub takes 30-40 minutes to set up.

An appropriate size level area depending on the hot tub chosen, a water supply which your hose can reach and a power supply within 5-7 metres.

Our hot tubs are thoroughly cleaned with antibacterial products before and after each hire.
What is the temperature of the hot tub?
The hot tub heats up to a maximum of 40 degrees celsius, but can be lowered to your desired temperature.
Are hot tubs safe for children?
Yes, however they should be supervised by an adult at all times, we also recommend that children who can't reach the floor wear arm bands whilst using the hot tub.
Gazebo - do's and dont's
The Gazebos we use for hire measure 2500mm x 2500mm. They are enough to cover the hot Tub and allow room around the Hot Tub to get in and out of the Hot Tub. The gazebo frame is carbon fibre construction and is “pop up”. If you hire a gazebo from us there is an additional responsibility in looking after it especially if the weather is windy. The gazebo will not be erected in high winds and should be taken down if the wind speed increases. We will erect the gazebo on delivery but only if the weather is suitable (i.e. very little wind). The gazebo is not a permanent structure and by the very nature of them they can be damaged easily in some weather conditions especially wind. It is the hirer’s responsibility to look after the gazebo and if required to take it down to avoid damage should the weather conditions change to make it unsuitable for the erection of the gazebo.
